Sócrates Brasileiro Sampaio de Souza Vieira de Oliveira—born 19 February 1954 in Belém do Pará, Brazil—was more than a footballer. A midfielder of rare elegance, he was a philosopher on the pitch, a man whose presence turned football into poetry. Captain of Brazil’s Joga Bonita squads in 1982 and 1986, he played not to conquer, but to celebrate—the beauty of the game above victory itself.
Off the field, he pursued knowledge with equal passion, earning a medical degree and later a doctorate in philosophy. Revered at home, he was also notorious for his love of life, cigarettes, and wine, a man who embraced joy as the truest measure of existence.
Sócrates lived as he played—gracefully, thoughtfully, and with laughter—reminding the world that life, like football, is a celebration to be savored.

Select an existing garment that fits you comfortably, lay it on a flat surface and measure the width across the chest (from armpit to armpit).
Double this measurement. So, for example, if your garment measures 22 inches from armpit to armpit, you should double it to 44 inches.
Check the table above. In our example, a 44 inch measurement would equate to a men's large.
Remember these sizes are the measurements of the garment itself, not the person who is wearing it. They are approximate and there may be slight variations between each garment.
Our garments are a little more fitted than other brands, so if you are in doubt about your size it is best to order larger rather than smaller.
If you are not sure whether to go for a medium or a large, we recommend you go for a large.
