United Kingdom Delivery (First Class)
Sent via Royal Mail, £3.50 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Parcels shipped within the UK will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days of fulfillment of order. Your parcel should normally arrive 2-3 working days but please note that UK Bank Holidays will add an extra day for delivery onto orders made on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and will be delivered the following Wednesday.
International Delivery
Sent via Royal Mail, £5.50 flat rate price for one item and an extra £1.00 for each additional item. Parcels shipped outside of the UK will normally be delivered within 7-9 working days of fulfillment of order. Your parcel should normally arrive within 7-9 working days but please be aware that additional delays can occur if parcels get caught up in customs in your country.
* Occasional Stock Shortages
All retail stores are occasionally out of stock for certain items. This happens for a number of reasons: unexpected popularity of a particular item, an unusually large purchase, or a failure by a supply chain partner to deliver items in an expected time frame. We make every attempt to avoid stock shortages through careful monitoring of stock. This is a fluid process and from time to time, we do encounter unexpected shortages. As infrequently as this is, if it does impact on your order, we will contact you as soon as we know how long the delay will be. Typically, a delayed order, will be no longer than 5-10 working days.
