Changed your mind? No problem.
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Complete our Returns Form and include it with your parcel. This helps us process your return quickly.
If you'd like an exchange, please tell us the size and colour you'd like.

Please package your return securely. We recommend using a postal service that provides proof of postage and keeping this until your return has been completed.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the item is normally your responsibility.
EXCHANGES
Need another size? We're happy to exchange your item, subject to availability.
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll send your replacement as quickly as possible.
We don't charge additional postage to send your exchanged item back to you.
REFUNDS
Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the equivalent standard delivery cost.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us before returning it so we can put things right.
Your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind policy and are not affected by it.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You don't have to use our Returns Form to exercise this statutory right — you simply need to clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.
Certain products, including some personalised or custom-made goods, may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right.
