A better fit starts with a quick measurement.
Not sure which size to choose? The easiest way to get it right is to compare our measurements with a T-shirt or garment you already own and love wearing.
If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Goalsoul garments have a slightly fitted cut, so sizing up will usually give you a more relaxed fit.
How to measure
Lay a garment that fits you well on a flat surface.
A — Chest width
Measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit.
B — Body length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Use these measurements to compare your garment with the size charts below.
Quick example: if your T-shirt measures 22 inches across the chest, that corresponds to approximately a 44-inch full chest and would usually put you in a Large.
Measurements are for the garment itself, not your body. As each garment is individually made, small variations may occur.

Between two sizes?
Go for the larger one.
A little extra room is usually more comfortable than a fit that's too close, particularly if you prefer a more relaxed T-shirt.
