Founded in 1909, Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. Dortmund, commonly known as Borussia Dortmund , or BVB, is a football club based in the city of Dortmund, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany.
The football team is part of a membership-based sports club with over 100,000 members. They are one of the most successful clubs in German football, having won 8 German championships, 3 DFB-Pokals, 5 DFL-Supercups, 1 UEFA Champions League, 1 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, and 1 Intercontinental Cup. Their 1966 Cup Winners' Cup made them the first German club to win a European title.
Die Schwarzgelben (The Black and Yellows) are also one of the best supported teams in the world and, remarkably, have the highest average attendance of any football club globally. Since 1974, Dortmund have played their home games at Westfalenstadion (Signal Iduna Park). With a capacity of just over 80,000 (standing and seated), the stadium is renowned for its atmosphere. It is the biggest in Germany and third-largest in Europe, behind Barcelona's Camp Nou and Madrid's Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. With annual season tickets exceeding 50,000, the stadium set the European record for average fan attendance in 2011–2012 with almost 1.37 million spectators.
Central to the stadium's intense and unique atmosphere is The Südtribüne (South Bank), the huge 25,454 capacity terrace for standing spectators. Nicknamed 'Die Gelbe Wand', this intimidating, pulsing wall is one of the greatest current sights to experience and witness in world football. It is the largest standing terrace in Europe, and it is where Dortmund's most vociferous support stands and unites behind their team, equal, strong and most importantly, safe.
Borussia Dortmund's motto Echte Liebe' (True Love) is manifest within the seething masses of The Yellow Wall.
'When you walk out of the tunnel it's like being born. Everytime you come out and the place explodes from darkness into light' Jurgen Klopp
Everyone around you is part of it, you just get sucked in, and then that feeling wells up again of simply belonging . Dortmund fan

Select an existing garment that fits you comfortably, lay it on a flat surface and measure the width across the chest (from armpit to armpit).
Double this measurement. So, for example, if your garment measures 22 inches from armpit to armpit, you should double it to 44 inches.
Check the table above. In our example, a 44 inch measurement would equate to a men's large.
Remember these sizes are the measurements of the garment itself, not the person who is wearing it. They are approximate and there may be slight variations between each garment.
Our garments are a little more fitted than other brands, so if you are in doubt about your size it is best to order larger rather than smaller.
If you are not sure whether to go for a medium or a large, we recommend you go for a large.
